Rajinikanth pair with Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha, with this it is clear that, in Lingaa Rajinikanth will be doing dual role. According to sources, The music will be scored by Oscar winner A. R. Rahman. The R. Rathnavelu was later confirmed as the cinematographer. Sabu Cyril will be the art direction for the film. Nayanthara will doing a guest role in this film.
As Rajinikanth is doing a Dual role here in Lingaa, so the film has two comedian Vadivelu and Santhanam. It has been leaked that Rajini will be doing a role as Engineer for constructing a Mullaiperiyar dam.
